Thank you for this recipe, I really appreciate it. I’m Australian and I’m married to a Yorkshireman, 25 years now, and I’m planning a dinner party with Yorkshire foods. We live in Brisbane, Australia and I thought he’d really enjoy showing off his home’s food to our foodie friends. I’m a beast with Yorkshire puds but I’ve never made a Yorkshire Curd Tart. I feel ready to tackle it with your very helpful video. I’m grateful for the time and effort you put into creating this video. 🙏🏴

I would leave the pastry to rest before rolling it. Are the temperatures given for a fan oven or a normal oven, please? You don't say what type of milk is used to make the curds not what quantity of milk (I would use Channel Island because it is rich). It would also be helpful to have the cooking time.

I’ll update the description but the temperatures are always for fan ovens
