I know this vid is two years old but I have to ask...how is this possible I love hottie but I know its full of fine bones so how did you manage to make a burger out of it?

Its a valid question... the bigger hotties makes it alot better to cut. You just fillit the hottie and remove the centre part with the bones then you have 2 pieces of clean meat on each side, you waste a bit of meat but 1 fish = 4 clean clean pieces of meat so 1 fish 4 burgers
