@@ArnieGold yeah. There are associations collecting membership fees from both individuals and clubs. I think they must fortify that plus the grants and endowments they get,,,,, they won't have a problem towards that.

Looking at Allan's physique, he theoretically could have been a very outstanding player with the right support from a young age. Maybe we can have "pre-academies" where we scout, train and feed promising kids into European academies. Many players in top European leagues can then grow the whole local football ecosystem, because they have the money, exposure, networks etc
