I love it when Helms talks epistemological sense to me 😍

Thanks Eric and Omar for talking about how paradoxical the extreme ownership idea can be when to applied to those around us. After you've achieved something with "hard work" it becomes incredibly easy to believe that everyone can do it, and start to judge people who don't as "lazy". However once you realize that not only are you goals highly subjective, and would probably not give them the same happiness, but also all the advantages that you've had from day 1 it becomes apparent how misinformed the labels we ascribe to others often are.

This came right on time. I'm about to be drafted to the military and going to be able to train ~2 days a week for about 6 months. I definitely find it way easier to process this when having the mindset of automating as much as I can and having a mentally minimalistic approach towards lifting, even though it's my favorite thing.

KZbin wont let be, but count as 5 Stars; the tl dw: resilience builds with progressive overload, but the weight is loaded randomly, feel free to swap the lift if one is to hard to be worth it or pretend its all on you to pr, if its worth it to you. Also acknowledge that others can have helpfull tipps and tricks but never exactly the same weight

Only just found 3DMJ and started watching that content. I was confused for awhile until I worked out Alberto and Omar were two different people. I mean Alberto no offense, but I actually thought Omar had started smoking weed.

Can you do an entire podcast on sex drive loss during low body value body composition and RED-S in males? This seems to be one area that males are under represented

The feeling when Omar doesn't even understand the reviews anymore 🧐Is the review slander or commend? No matter which, you're probably gonna be on the show. Waterworld is the movie I have always remembered since I saw it as a kid in the 90's. It's either so good or weird (for a kid) that it stuck to me. Just like Mad Max. And Eric brought that one up as well. And he's like idk 60 years old, it's amazing how movies bridge the generation gaps. Just like music does when this 10 year old girl bassist got to visit Steve Vai and she didn't know who Miley Cyrus is, she listened to Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Beatles and Earth, Wind and Fire. And I feel like we've reached a common ground with youtube episode releases again. I get to watch it on tuesday morning with coffee, because it's released before my monday ends in the russian trollbot server.
