God, this woman is everything. Micro moves are my strawberry JAM, but I didn't know that until much later in life-now, I'm fluent in my follow-thru! It's not always easy, but strategies like yours in this video make it actually ACHIEVABLE. Love you, girl!

I think the FIRST thing that would help me reach my goal is to put it in writing! Write the vision! Definitely breaking it down into smaller, easily measurable steps will be helpful as well.

Breaking the goals down to smaller pieces and the thermometer are excellent tips for me to implement today!!

How do we discriminate between practical thoughts and lofty fantasies? How do we set high level goals within our means without limiting our god given talents? Thank you!

AnuEL K Great question! I actually break my quarterly goals down even further into what I call SAFE goals and STRETCH goals. A safe goal means I just need to buckle down and get it done. It’s practical. I pretty much know the WHAT and HOW and it’s not about accountability. It’s about discipline. . . And then I set STRETCH goals which are so big, it’s going to take God to literally create a divine appointment or connection for me. But I don’t focus on how overwhelming that is, I just look for the next small, yet best step I can take and incorporate the mindset that when God sees what I’m working on, He’ll know what I’m waiting on. I think high level goals and even our lofty fantasies are just a series of practical steps strung together.
