I moved in with the father of my daughter when i was 5 months pregnant during that time i could tell him how my dad is so harsh so there was no way i could ran away and go back home so when i gave birth he started beating me with no any good reasons at all so when my daughter was just 2 months i caught him red handed sleeping with the house girl so going with the story i had told him i can never run away he thought i will continue staying even when i started packing to leave he couldn't beg me not to because he thought i was just pretending 28yrs down the line i have never looked back ladies love yourselves don't let any man frustrate you just because of love

In short she needs to build her self worth and also self love through positive self talk, inner work and journaling etc. Might take time but an accountability partner would be great as well as a busy job and focusing on other personal goals. In overall there is a childhood story here that has contributed to the woman she is now.
