Hey man! New subscriber from South Africa ✌ This is just what I've been looking for. I'm planning on building my own still. I have one with a big pot and copper pipes and condenser. Basically a pot still. I definitely will not cut stainless steel without power tools!😓 As for that paste. It's some good stuff, only used it once before. It's very expensive down my side. So I have to stick to the purging with argon. Thanks for sharing your vids man👍 looking forward to more👌🍻

Hi man! now you surprised me, I did not expect that my films will get so far and that there will be such an interest in the my films. hand cutting in stainless steel is not a nice solution, if you can just replace it with another way it's good for you ;) the paste is really cool but it won't replace gas, gas shield is the best way to weld stainless steel. good luck man with your project and thank you very much for your subscriptions, see you later.

What is the paste your putting on for weld backer called

Hello It is a powder, I mix it with water and lubricate it on the opposite side of the weld. The gas cover was better, but the paste also works.
