Hi Ravi, feedback taken But please understand salary range is based on the company you are in. You can earn north of 20-30 lacs in an FMCG vs 7-8 lacs in a smaller company for any role. The range depends purely on the company but yes, FP&A generally has a 25-30% higher bracket than other finance profiles

To be honest, it is difficult to enter FP&A in an Indian company through a CPA degree. But you can always look for the same in a US based company or take an internal transfer in your current company.
