Ep.2 LWOJ 2023

Ep.2 documents the first two days of our annual trip, the plan was to make it to a reservoir on the Scottish border but due to countless breakdowns we never made it.
Filming was also cut short due to a springer fork failure. Nevertheless it contains some of the riding highlights and good times with good people.

Love the video lads, not sure if you know by now but the "£5 Minimum spend" on petrol stations isn't actually a minimum on how little petrol you can buy, it's to do with the accuracy of the pumps, in order for them to be most accurate it is advised that you put more than £5s worth of petrol in. Just thought I'd let yous know

Had bikes for donkeys never a hard tail...at 73 now so never goner happen noo...😏 but this film is brilliant reminds me late 60s my cousin 68.. did a chopper on a triumph 500 I remember I braked hard on it and the high bars went forward (loosened) just like racer clippons 😂😂😂 we where always fettling or breaking down ...happy days thanks guys for showing proper biking...

😂 There was more time to work and tinker on things when we didn't have the black mirrors in our pockets distracting us. I've had a smart phone for 4 years and a cell phone for around 6 years. I'm just about at the point to ditch it and go back to dealing with life without it. Still got some YT videos to soak up first, as there is some invaluable knowledge to be had. I'm tired of the thing though. Have a good day and ride safe out there. 🤙🏼

I enjoyed that fellas. Took me back 35/40 years, to chugging round Yorkshire Dales on outrageous bendy choppers. Breaking down and snipping wire offa fences to get us going again. Great times. If you break down, and open up your tool roll, as opposed to searching thru your wallet for a breakdown card, and hoping you got a phone signal, then in my eyes, you're a fucking biker.
