As a taxi driver i get a lot of people confessing their deepest darkest secrets, especially after they have been drinking and are on their way home. Normally quite funny stuff. However, on the flip side i have had 2 different guys who confessed they were suicidal over losing their kids to messy ex relationships. One guys destination was the cliffs in dover. I ended up sitting with the guy in my taxi for almost 2 hours talking and allowing him to vent his feelings and managed to convince him to go home and seek some professional help to get access to his kids. Its important to listen when someone confesses stuff to you as you may be the only person they feel they can talk to as you are outside of the situation. Depression sucks and im so glad you guys did this video to show guys its ok to talk about your problems xx

Nice podcast guys, I just recently found you and have been hooked ever since!!! I can totally relate to the guy whose drunk father told him he was an unwanted accident basically. I was five months pregnant with my first son and due to unfortunate things in a four year long relationship, we just couldn't work things out so I moved home with my mom and stepdad. Well because I was pregnant I couldn't drink alcohol, so I was kind enough to usually or always be the designated driver for all of my drunk female relatives. We lived in California at the time and when I was eight months along, I went to pick them up one night from a different city that you could only get to by using the freeway and then driving up and then back down a mountain. It was my mother, sister, aunt, and I in the car that night and when I got there they were all plastered! As soon as we got in the car, my mom wanted to turn up the music full blast and I just wasn't having it because it was 2:30 in the morning, and it was extremely foggy that night and driving down a foggy mountain with the music full blast and them screaming in the car at each other and laughing as loud as they could was a complete distraction for me and I wasn't taking any chances being eight months pregnant. The drive was about ten minutes down the mountain and then another fifteen on the freeway that was even more foggy than the mountain. I couldn't see two feet in front of me and had all these drunk assholes in the car with me, so my mother and I started arguing a bit because I kept telling them to shut up and wouldn't let them turn the music full blast. So we get home and my mother is not done arguing with me even though she is the one doing most of the arguing. She proceeded to call me every name in the book, told me I was an ugly hateful bitch, said that she couldn't stand me, that the reason I was the youngest and was born five years younger than my siblings was because I was truly an accident, that she never wanted me to begin with!!!! I hate the word bitch because she used it so many times that night. You know when girls get together and are having fun and say things like bitch please, just any playful way of using that word, well, I haven't ever been able to do that and absolutely cringe and hate it when people do that or just say it like that because to me it isn't a cute or playful word, its horrible!!! She has apologized profusely since and said she was drunk but I don't think that is an excuse, and I happen to personally believe that drunk people tell some extent of the truth because they don't have their subconscious holding them back. I told her I forgave her but that I wouldn't ever forget it!!! She doesn't even know what she did to me as a person that night, and that night my whole life and world changed! So yes, very unfortunately, I know what that man went through or to some extent how he felt! And its not good. It was shortly after that night that my anxiety and depression and a whole other slew of problems started for me because from that night on, I was worthless!!! Its been years now and I have gotten a little better, but I still have those nightmares every now and again! I hope no one ever has to go through that kind of an emotional f$%#, I wouldn't wish it on an enemy!!! Sorry to have taken up so much of everyone's time, take care, and stay safe out there!!!! AND LOVE EACH OTHER PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!
@mareshareid4034 Жыл бұрын
I'm sorry you experienced such an awful encounter. You are not worthless. You were/are a miracle birth and you deserve love. If I were you, I would release the sadness onto the person who caused it. When I was around 10, I was telling my little brother that HE was a mistake because my mom had just told me that she really wanted a girl and I came 🙂. She had a son and sadly passed away as a baby, that's when my oldest brother was planned. Then I was next, so my little brother was definitely Not planned. My mom heard us arguing and she went over and said--"Yes Jonathan, you were a mistake." My brother's face was priceless 🤣. But the joke was on us because he was obviously and clearly the favorite! 🤣. It's been almost a year and a half since my little brother was violently taken away from us and I miss him every day. He was the most fun/lovable/crazy mistake we ever had. We all miss him so much.

1:04:28 IMO most men are attracted to women’s hair that’s longer than a man’s hair due to that being a feminine look. Again this is just my opinion on the matter! But some women do look really good with short hair because their facial features are extremely feminine so it doesn’t take away from it.
