You didn’t mention having a beer with a one-legged sailor in the barge bar at Laggan lochs! Salute

Just watched motor yacht Loon doing the French Riviera to Gibraltar ready for an Atlantic Crossing, and now the bumbling sailors disasters, something for everyone on KZbin 😊

Another great video, thanks. Our Nic 35 used to give the same problems with starboard prop walk. If we ever had to do a port side coming alongside I found that the best way was to bring your approach speed down much earlier so that when you get alongside you are virtually at a snails pace. It doesn't always work but generally you can give one small last reverse blip to stop. Good luck.

That looked like some expert manoeuvring to get alongside there, your skills have improved so quickly. I hope you're very proud of yourself.

Blowing 35-45 mph here. Gusts 50-70mph saw one gust at 80mph. Am I on a boat, am I hell (feet firmly on the ground thanks) - what you think I'm mad 🙂

What a fantastic trip. I know you’re way ahead of this but I’m sad you never went slower on the West Coast (Scotland). Amazing waters for sailing, I think. Keep enjoying!!!
