I go crazy when I go to flea markets, I love old things and I like being able to find a second use for them. The bed was already at the cabin, but I will look for new furniture to modify when I furnish the interior

Complimenti per la cucina esterna, un bel recupero, ho letto che ti hanno già suggerito di proteggerla dalla pioggia Puoi condividere marca delle luci esterne, sembrano ottime per illuminare esterno Abbiamo visto il video dove pioveva a catinelle dopo essere rimasti bloccati in montagna per un problema simile e noi abbiamo solo 600mt di sterrata e non siamo isolati come la tua baita 🫣

Ciao Ilaria! Ho dato alla cucina tre mani di protettivo per esterni, ad ogni modo quando vedo che il meteo si mette male male ho un telo impermeabile con cui la posso coprire. Purtroppo le piogge ultimamente hanno davvero portato tante difficoltà. Per marca delle luci intendi quelle lampade da tavolo che vedi sulla cucina o quelle solari intorno alla casa?

Hi Alex! Nice work! I see considerable progress lately. Why did you put the pendulum clock upside down? For more stability? Probably because if you put it as it should be placed, you would have a ledge under that would be annoying. You're a so good person, hold on and you will see that you will get a lot of satisfaction.

Very ingenious to recycle the bed into an outdoor kitchen, but you will have some "friends" that will surely pop in unvited! Be careful with the boars, those can be very nasty 😮. Also was wondering about the humidity, how up are you on the mountain? As always great video Alex.👍

Thanks, as always, for watching. Regarding wild boars, yes, we have to be careful, but for now there is a good coexistence. As I was saying to Cynthia, we'll see when their breeding season is, they get aggressive like bears when they have cubs. As for humidity, these valleys are very windy, so they dry out quite quickly. However on these really heavy rainy days, the humidity is fixed at 90%. My knees creak like the cabin door lol 😓😅

Ciao.. idea molto furba per cucina, bella da vedere. 👍 Puoi tenere sotto anche legna da bruciare. Pero in video si vede che tu praticamente sei per meta fuori quando cucini, puoi tirare la copertina sopra ancora un po giu, cosi proteggera anche te se piove. Non so se hai notato ma si e visto forse scoiattolo da saltare sul albero. Poi sinistra di quello ho visto pre un attimo due occhi.. piu avanti in video in un altro posto si vedevano due occhi. Purtroppo in foresta uomo e sempre sorvegliato da occhi che non vede. In tua proprieta ho visto timo selvatico. Racoglilo e lo fai secare. Si fa un bell tè proffumato di quel timo! Se ti interessa ti posso dare una ricetta, sempre con timo + altre erbe si puo preparare un misto di erbe spezzzate per usare in cucina quando grilli carne, patate e altri. Ho visto questa ricetta da una donna siciliana anno scorso, la fatta anche io e mio marito la piacuto tanto. 😊

Are you allowed to own firearms in Italy like we do in the USA? A rifle at least, would be handy to have around in case of a boar attack or basic protection.

Hi Cynthia, the regulation of firearms here is completely different and very, very strict. I have a gun, but it's loaded with blanks, I use it, let's say, as an acoustic deterrent even if it will never defend me like a rifle. In any case, I have seen that the strong roar is sufficient, and in any case up to now there is a good coexistence. We'll see if something will change maybe during the period of wild boar reproduction; they become aggressive like bears when they have puppies, they attack preemptively...we'll see 😅🙏

Dont know if your firearm will reload another blanket into the chamber after first shoot. Maybe a 9mm PAK Signal Pistol will be also a Good Choice. Here in Austria it is allowed, if you have the permit to have a Pistol, you can Carry it on your own property if it has a fence around it. Thats the law, but is not usual here in Austria.
