Hello Jenni I like what you have done with your craft room. Elvis looks great hanging on the wall and how special to have your grandmother up on the side watching over. I love the pig. It looks so soft and cuddly. I haven’t gotten around to watching your scarf tutorial yet but it’s in my watch list, it looks beautiful. Blue is one of my favourite colours. Have a great week, take care ❤

Hi Jenni 🤗 Elvis & your grandmother look perfect in your background! I looovvve your pig & tomato! Plush yarn is the best for amigurumi! I’ve made a C2C blanket using the Base Warehouse chenille yarn, very nice! Two more weeks to school holidays 👏🏻👏🏻 🥰🧶🤩

Yes please for a beginner series! I'm teaching myself crochet coming from knitting! The advantage of watching an Aus based tutorial series is that you wool weights are named similarly to ours in South Africa!

Your refresh with Elvis looks great and your makes are fabulous. I definitely have more than one WIP but it's based on where I'm taking it. I need one mindless project (usually knit) for ferry lines doctor's offices, and I save the project for just that until it gets to big. It takes long while to get that one done lol! Lots of love from the Pacific Northwest 🧡

I am glad you had a fun vacation. The updated backdrop looks great, as well as the pig, tomato and scarf! I am not a newbie, but returning to crochet after many years, I am confused by the number of yarn types and weights now available. If you do a "beginner" series, would you do an overview of the ones you have used? Have a good week!!!
@InmysparetimeCrochetАй бұрын
@@kimking3466 thanks so much Kim 🥰 yes, I could definitely do that and I agree that the yarn weights can be confusing.. mostly due to different names for them depending on where you live. I actually feel quite inspired to get a list together of video ideas for this series ❤️

I’m looking forward to seeing your mix + match blanket! After you started I got inspired to finally use my book and make my own and now I’m one mix + match blanket down and onto my second. I’ve also started another from Esme’s Mosaic Crochet Workshop book - I’m in my mosaic multi-wip era 😂

@@InmysparetimeCrochet a bit fiddly when I started because I was overthinking it - I always get so nervous about joining 😂 but to be honest was much easier and successful than i anticipated- I didn’t use whipstitch like Esme suggests, I just did a sc join on the reverse
