Ma'am, really stuck with behavior of my 4&half son, screaming shouting even hitting others (mostly when he is stuck to fixations, and i m playfully trying to divert him). I hv good bonding, play with him a lot, ask him what he wants to do, give him free time, let him read books, get involved with him. But when teaching or doing, he never pays interest, or even looks at what he is doing. His understanding developed only after he was 4, pehle head banging, self biting bahut tha, gradually reduce hua, but ab screaming shouting hitting behaviors hai. I m really stuck. I try to be patient, but get angry at times coz I m also chronic migraine patient. Please help, kindly, how to totally get rid of his irritated behavior.
