Recipe for trash fish: -Put into food processor ... fish, ginger, galangal, garlic, lemongrass, chilli, kaffir lime leaves, drop of soy sauce and either an egg or water to help it all come together. -Wizz it into a paste. -Make little balls and coat in sesame seeds. -Press into little flat patties. -Place on baking paper on tray and spray with oil. -Bake till golden brown (can also deep fry). -Eat with sweet chilli sauce and a cold beer.

I would love to be going there now but work is busy and funds are non-existent. So might be a September trip though i really need meat now hahahaha
