Very nice priced House and lovely presenter. May I ask - how much extra to have a bathtub in main Brm ensuite.

@@rastasrosco1318 Thank you for your kind words! Adding a bathtub in the main bathroom ensuite is possible, and the cost will depend on the quality of the bathtub chosen. Customers can purchase the bathtub separately and cover the installation costs-just keep in mind it’s best to plan this addition before the house construction begins. Belle is the homes there building available to buy in Freehold property Title with my Thai Lawyers. I am a son to be retiring foreigner in Thailand soon , I don't want to live in a Condo long term. Thanks great vlog

Molto bella, ma da internet ho saputo che solo gli appartamenti in condominio possono essere dati in piena proprietà, oppure è cambiata la normativa? Se è cambiata la normativa mi puoi girare la legge che lo dice. Grazie
