You cannot own more than 49% of a SFR in Thailand as a foreigner. Many, would be foreign husbands, have bought the nest, only to find out , when the relationship falls apart, that upon entering court, that their Thai is not nearly adequate enough, when the judge awards the property to the Thai holder of 51%.

Wow, what a beautiful place. The only thing I can see with young children it'd be difficult to get them to go outside to get to their room at night if there was a spiral staircase hidden away, it may make things easier for them apart from that it's a brilliant fabulous place to live or own

That price is for 'Hill Side' view. What was shown in the vid was 'Sea Side' view and that is 'from 90M THB' => $ 2.5 million USD. Still, the layout, location, and aesthetic of that home is stunning. Love it.
