Superb, designed for the right target market. If I was to buy in Thailand I would love a villa but fear the legal aspect of the ownership experience. This ticks most of the boxes, amazing outdoor space, which is the main reason for owning a villa.

14,200 baht common fees per month. What do you get for your money?. How many parking spaces?, does it include maintenance /cleaning of your private pool?. And you are paying towards the lovely pool downstairs which you would never use. That aside it is an amazing condo which I haven’t been looking at as I am interested in a pool villa, but as you say it’s like a pool villa but minus a garden. Good quality apartment with both sea and close mountain views which is rare, you normally get one or the other from my research. Great presentation as always Jira.

love the pool, but does that make the monthly common fees very high? not sure I would want my own pool. just one on the top floor that everyone could use would be good. but if you like all the extras...like your own pool then maybe a great deal.

Hmm, no mention of monthly ownership fees. So let's say I could rent this condo for $2000/month (no investment risk or ownership costs) and my $515,000 USD returns 5% interest per year. Why am I not better off just renting? Buying such a property is difficult to justify.

@@TheGandorX What Jira was reluctant to mention was 14,200 baht common fees per month. That an addtional $400 per month of opportunity cost. Poor investment any way you look at it.

@@AntiTheismForever You are correct, one would be crazy to actually purchase this outright. Not too mention that there are many high interest accounts offering 6.8% on that $515k. And like you say, one would have no ownership risk. (Easy to buy this but tricky to sell)

The location is far from Hua Hin. Why do you not mention? New tax laws have been introduced in 2024 meaning anyone bringing in capital to purchase a property and staying for 180 days faces a potential significant tax bill. Again why do you not mention? Balance doesn’t mean not falling in the pool in your high heels 555

It is south of Hua Hin 10 min.from market Village. When you want to give comment be informed you were totally wrong

I can see it is South of Hua Hin. In fact it is closer to Pranburi than Hua Hin. It is further south than Sai Noi beach and much further than 10 minutes to Market Village.

@clive. just click on the link jira provided. it has a map of exactly where the property is. that way there are no worries for any buyers when it comes to location.
