There are some +s if it's in your thai wife's name no taxes every year, this villa would be 2 or 3 million us dollars in California 30k per year in property tax.

You speak English and with western style kitchen, it seems like you are marketing your properties to foreigners, but foreigners can't own land in Thailand. So, how does this work? Please explain how foreigners can purchase such a property. I see many comments from people asking similar questions, but no replies to these questions.

Hi, what a beautiful villa, Price I think is a bit high but property such as this would be right up my street but I would not buy anything in Thailand or anywhere else for that matter. I'm too old to be buying villas I would be looking for a villa with two bed two bathrooms and a swimming pool for rent. I am on my own but want the extra bedroom for family and friends to stay. er . . that is not how the property market works, in any country. You put in an offer and see if it is accepted. The seiler wants to get the most money for their property. I'm sure they don"t care about the nationality of the buyer and just want to get the best price they can for the property,

Nice place BUT, those ceiling fans with the ceiling lights is a bad design. I often see it in home tour videos. When you have the lights that close to a ceiling fan, it causes a "flicker effect" which is super annoying and could be very bad for people with epilepsy or light flicker issues. It is not a deal breaker, as lighting can be adjusted. However, one should note this issue when purchasing a property. I find flickering lighting to be unhealthy for me. Just think of a flickering light at work and how annoying it is....don't bring that home.
