Great Session, Learnings - 1. ANCHORING BIAS - Don't fix your mind on one particular positive/negetive event, which may not be feasible in present situations! 2. Don't fall into the trap of Successful Buisness Idea. Try to understand that it's the Execution process of the Entrepreneur who runs a Successful Buisness not the 'Idea'!! 3. Don't Focus much on your Intrests as You may be interested in something because of its Successful Outcome but not with the challenging process to achieve it!!! 4. If you have Buisness Mindset then you will be creative, innovative and Opportunity seeker in the Market!!!! 5. Buisness vs. Job (none of them are Superior and Inferior). It is You and your own identity who determines your Personality fit for either of them!!!!! and, If you listen to your inner self instead of what the world says, You will become extraordinary in the eyes of the World.

True, Words will fall short to describe the love he has brought in this world... Now it's for us to rise to the occassion and be a example of what human spirit is capable of... There is a dearth of true leaders in our country....All cricketers including Msd, Rohit, Kohli , etc. are doing betting /gamblings ads....I cried seeing MSD doing winzo ads....... We need to rise to the occassion... The pressure on true leaders has to be reduced and this can only be done if there are more true leaders, lets us each one of us rise.....slowly🙇‍♂️

Just a few examples:- Dhoni doing winzi ad - why can't he say no?? Kohli playing for RCB - And Royal challenge is a alcohal brand....can't he have a say in this....if not why can't he leave ipl....pls know ipl is bcoz of valuable players and only if players demand that we will not do so... Apart from this investing in mpl, etc. Rohit- shamelessly did dream11 ad in ipl and rest is history after it become title Indian sponser...😡 Hardik/Surya/Ishan - Thick egoed monsters- shame on you- doing betting ads.. Sehwag/Sunil gavaskar/Kapil Dev - Tobacoo ads......kamla pasand....etc......they know Indian people don't do much....but they do not know that few Indians are badly hurt and it will spread like wild fire in 5 yrs time & they all will be burnt in it bcoz they lit their own fire. Ganguly/Shumban/All other cricketers - doing some or the other betting app ad... BCCI - HOW COME YOU MADE DREAM 11 A TITLE SPONSER....... This proves that sports has crossed it's boundries and it's no longer pure sports and the entertainment it brings is somewhat fake and not true joy...... You hurt us badly to the core Indian cricket.....You will not be forgotten... This season I went to watch 2 CSK matches (luckniw & Delhi) and tried to talk to as many people as possible and people are hurt badly....it's just that they are not able to say it and express it properly.....You have cheated us India in the name of cricket 😡
