Lisa hi Hope you are on the mend, my husband and I are out sailing, we were out one day and we both caught the dreaded lurgy, wasn’t very nice. We were going to go down the Llangollen, but we changed our mind. It put us both off rainy weather and now we’ve decided to go back. The Sun has come out which is really annoying, we’re going back to overwater Marina in Nantwich, I do hope the funeral goes alright for you both, sending all my love and big hugs to you both.❤

I find that anything with complex carbs like bread biscuits etc sugars spike. But can eat just chocolate like fruit and nut and it doesn't.

Well done Glen, Jo Jo Moyes is a great writer....Lisa will love it (or else....lol) Lisa, be kind to yourself and take lots of time to get over covid. We had it last year on the 3 rd day of our big move. We holed up in a motel in the middle of the Prairies for 5 days....not long enough. Rest, drink water, breathe!! And, I read in your letter about the caravan. Make that happen sooner than later you both need that break. Love and hugs as always.

Hope you feel a bit better now. John's been pre-diabetic a few times. The problem is we've always been emotional eaters and do like our food particularly cake! Zoe kit looks very swish.

Hi Lisa Hope you’re feeling better, we bought our second boat Nb Robin from Gayton an ex Alvechurch 33 foot which was our favourite boat. The people there were lovely, is there still the automatic gate at the entrance to the marina, we were not warned when we left with the new boat and someone had just walked over it ….. we were puzzled how to open it when a friendly guy shouted approach and wait it’s on a timer 😂
