On 16th November Morning we started our day early since we planned to visit the famous temples of Kashi before the crowd starts.
Our darshan started with Kaal Bhairav Darshan followed by Batuk Bhairav Darshan, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple & Sankat Mochan.
Apart from Tulsi Manas nowhere photography or videography was allowed so, couldn't capture. But if you have plans to visit these "Mandirs", it's suggested to start really early in the morning, only then you can expect a que-free darshan.
Kachouri at the Ram Bhandar was kind of over rated as the locals suggested. So, we tried Kachouri at another shop near BHU and it was tasty without any doubt.
We waited for about 30 mins at Blue Lassi shop near Manikarnika Ghat but had hard luck! There was a crowd of approximately 100 people waiting in line to taste their lassi! So, we decided to try Lassi & Malaiyo from another shop near Gowdoulia chowk and it was really good!
So, the crux of the matter is, if you are visiting Banaras during any of the festivals be ready to be swarmed by an unthinkable crowd. Also, you may not be able to execute your Kashi tour plan as planned.
P.S.: There are so many Kachouri Shops, Lassi, Mithai Shops, Tea Stalls across Banaras, so try to explore the new ones, you may find a 💎, like we did ✌️
