I called Outdoor legacy to order the TS50, after talking over the specs with Jason I purchased the ts35. Mainly do to the field of view. The 35 was 1,000% the right choice! I do not have a thermal scanner yet so I'm scanning with the optic on my rifle. Even with the 35 I have encountered many circumstances where not only do i have to acan side to side but i also have to scan up and down. With the 50 it would have been MUCH worse! A lot of us hunt using sub sonic so the ballistics app is even more important. When I am shooting an 8.6 blackout zeroed at 50 a 150 yard shot has a 18" drop. Might be interesting to test the LRF and ballistics with a 300blk, 8.6Blk. With Hornady developing and releasing the 338 Arc, I think there will be a lot more sub sonic hog and varmint shooters. Always love your content. You guys make it hard to save money :)

Spot on, they missed that point. Anyone that is interested in a ballistics calculator is probably well aware that it wouldn't be useful on this scope when shooting supers.
