A big tide early season gave us the opportunity to try and decoy some wigeon that had just arrived in good numbers, with more pintail than usual. A fantastic morning with Merlin making some epic water retrieves, again!

Thanks mate. He’s epic on water. Not so keen on geese, struggles a bit because he’s got such a soft mouth.

Yes those mink seem to be getting a foothold again. I saw one fishing on the Yare last year. Bold as brass it was
