It took the I.P.S Officer 16 years in the service to be promoted to D C P rank . Last posting was the Vakola Police + Kalina + Santa Cruz police jurisdiction...I am myself not an eye witness to this shootout nor I had any idea regarding the same. This is an output ..No one says what took place on the actual incident's ..for that matter even the person who was narrating the events that took place himself who was employed as an Employee of the Santa Cruz Gymkanna or Club was not sitting with the Crime branch officer's during the conversation itself..but few I.P.S Cadre discuss the operation with their colleague's the inner story..There is an Oath among Police that certain information cannot be made available on Public domain till they retire .
