I am a software developer and have been applying to various companies in the UK, my resume is not getting shortlisted because the way we create resumes in India is different than what they expect in the UK. Could you please also shed some light on this? How to build the proper resume? Well, I am an aspiring PM, who wants to transition into a product management role.
