One thing that’s not talked about enough is flossing and cleaning your tongue. I never forget I had a friend tell me she flossed because “it was like still eating yesterday’s meal” and that stuck with me. My teeth routine is a solid 10 minutes but breath don’t never stink. I deff’ been thinking of adding chlorophyll to my diet. Loved this convo’ because I have a 2-year old girl who always want to take a bath 🤣

Licensed esthetician here. Dove is 100% a cleansers. It’s not considered a soap because by definition soaps have certain ingredients, but both are cleansers 😊

I stopped wearing tampons 5 years ago I prefer diapers they are so comfortable and I never have leakage. I do agree our community needs to do better with educating our young adults on hygiene!

This episode is cracking me up. But I love it… me and my family always called ourselves booge-ghetto because we were sounding just like this growing up. And are concise bout germs outdoors. Touching surfaces. Carrying disinfectant wipes. Hell one thing my best friend taught me…. She would say. “My momma said always keep a zip lock bag with some extra panties. Mini tooth paste n brush. Cause u never kno when u need to freshen up ur ass or brush ur teeth.” N that stuck with me 20 years later. Moral of story… stay ready so u ain’t gotta get ready n …. Wash ur ass!!!!
