Let me clear few things 1) Divya was happy that day as she got 2) In an interview her parents stated Divya Murder theory: a new flat for herself and family and she would not commit suicide never drinks or she is never on drugs then why she would do it that night doesnt make sense. 3) Neeta and her husband were there to show costume designs then why the hell were they busy watching television 4) Death of Divya's maid Amrita was a mystery. She went into depression and finally died due to heartattack. There is no evidence she was in the house during the time Divya died. 5) This was the only apartment in the building that didnt have grills whereas other flats had it. Additionally no cars or autorickshaws were standing below the 6) No one has a proof that there were 4 people inside the house that night. There could be more or less. Sajid had no proof he was not in the house. No eye witness to prove that. 7) inspector jadhav mentioned in his report that Divya had consumed some alcohol "Rum' whereas Rum was not even opened. Only whisky bottle was opened.And only some amount of alcohol was consumed among 3 people.So Divya could never be high unless she was drugged 8) Divyas parent did not have a good relation with Divya. Father was against marriage and mother was a card player and spent a lot of divya's money in gambling. Even on the night she was at club playing cards with friends. 9)Divya was getting threats from Hindu political parties To not marry Sajid. Mainly becuase Hindu Muslim riots just happened few months before her death. 10)Sajid's connection with underworld. Suicide Theory: parents. Father did not speak to her after 1) Divya didnt have a good relation with marriage. 2) Mother forced divya to do a lot of movies and Divya was stressed out as she could not chew as much as she was suppose to. Plus her mother made divya bring money to clubs as she was addicted to gambling and lost a lot of money Divya achieved a lot but she didnt have love from her husband or parents. She was working like a machine till the day she died. She was alone from vithin! 1) Divya had a history of playing with danger. This was confirmed by her friends. She was mischievious and could do the stunt. 2) While no one was watching her she must have misbalanced or slipped. Out of the 3 options Suicide seems to be the most bizzaare. There is less possibility Divya would kill herself jumping from 5th floor of a building. Its the most painful deaths. She could have easily consumed excessive drugs and died with less pain. Plus her career was going good so was not something she would do at this point. 5% chance. ................................. Accident theory could be possible. The only thing is hard to believe no one was watching her climb the wall. Neeta lulla and her husband were busy watching movie when they should be focussing on Divya and discussion 25% chance. Murder is very much possible. Before who would do it i think it is important first to know how it was done. Divya's body was found on the floor facing up towards the sky. this means she must have tried to save herself or somebody was trying to save her before the fall. Now then there are two possiblities One either someone pushed her while she was sitting or close to the window and in order to save her she must have caught hold of clothes or rope on her way. What could be motive? Well she must have denied working with uunderworld or hindu party people must have threatened her or Divya must have found out secrecy about someone. Who could have the motive? This is a crucial question and all i ca answer is someone who Neeta lulla and her husband knew. Hence they had to compromise with that person. All this time, I have a feeling Maid must have been gotten rid of by asking her to go down to get something etc 40% chance .................................... Accidental Murder: There is one more chance that people were hired to threaten Divya about something and it went bizarely wrong killing Divya accidently. Possiblity is she was being threatened by hired people while holding her hand as Divya was hanging outside window. They must have asked her to compromse on the situation else they will drop her. As we know divya is a strong person she must have shouted for life. Fearing people might hear she was killed in state of fear. This shout of divya was mistaken by neighbours as curse VOIce. There is also a possibility that this was a prank. The motive here is to threaten Divya(or play a prank). But accidently got killed. Who could be the culpritt? Divya's parents or Sajid. 30% chance. i have a strong belief this could be the reason hence father and sajid went into comma disbielving Divya got killed accidently(by their fault).

You're right There was not found an auto stopper on the window from where she fall and not even a single vehicle on the parking plot That makes it was a conspiracy.. ( A case becomes mystery when the lie involves in it ) I believe she was pushed to the face of death

she was very young and vulnerable girl .she could be easily trapped by anyone .cutting ur wrist attempting suicide chronic depression woh knows maybe she had any psychriactic issue which went untreated and instead of help she was misused by all for money.and regards sajid divya used to tale drugs who knows sajid was one who got divya hooked to drugs when they were in relationship lrts not forget his family is drug peddling family recently cousin firoz and his wife were detained by ncb . even i can tell u a case my family had a known my mom s friend who told a story about her sister s husbamd and how he ruined her life because of drug addictionhe had psychric issues he was on medication of doctor .he had a friend who had drug connections there were also some family issues in his family he was also depressed due to it so that man took great advantage of it got him hooked to drugs used to supply him the lady was clueless and got to know very late but till then it was too late .even the man stopped taking medicines i dont know how but he was manipulates by his so called friend a lot .slowly he became a full fledged druggie all his business flopped and friend got some of his properties transferred in.his name by fraud and yeah all his life got ruined he divorced his wife left his job . cannot just describe what my mom s friend s sister went through .maybe who knows same happened with divya the activities she used to do like suicidal tendency moody nature depression all are not normal .she was even depressed from home mom was gambler and dad was also drunkard they were never that loving parents as many have.sajid was her bf who knows he slowly introduced drugs to her and got her hooked when she became dependent on him for drugs he proposed marriage which did not deny (drugs affect ur mind and body a lot especially when u have mental health issues ).and then he took hold of her mind easily by drugs .and married her used her killed her
