Ep 4 - Gangtok to Zuluk | Changu Lake| NathuLa Pass| Silk Route| North Bengal and East Sikkim Ride

The story of conquering my first high mountain pass with my own bike!
In this episode, we ride from Gangtok to Zuluk via the beautiful roads of East Sikkim! We cross the famous Changu Lake, Nathu-La Pass, Elephant Lake, Old Baba Mandir, and finally reach Zuluk after descending the famous zig-zag silk route! The clear weather ensured the Kanchenjunga ranges remained a constant companion throughout the ride.
This was my first experience riding at high altitudes, Nathu-La Pass (14100ft.) being the highest point and the first high mountain pass I've covered on two wheels!

Sure Just make sure the car is registered in your name else permit won't be issued

Sir meri bike meri maa ke naam pe registered hai to isme koi issue ho sakti hai kya? Aur haan mai apni wife aur meri 4 saal ki bachchi ko v lekar jana chahta hun. Koi problem to nahi hoga na?

Kisi aur ke naam pe hone se permit issue nahi hogi. And bachhi ke saath I would not recommend bike ride

Yes lachung and yumthang valley have opened from 1st December. Please contact the permit agents I have mentioned in the video for details regarding permits. Lachen and gurudongmar lake are still closed for tourists.

From Gangtok to Zuluk the road is amazing. After Zuluk at some places there are construction and repair works going on
