Ep 4 Jibhi to Jalori Pass - 10200 feet height | Raghupur Fort Trek | Himachal Pradesh

Jibhi & Tirthan valley in HImachal Pradesh are located near to each other, located at a distance of 160 km from Shimla and about 70 km from Mandi.
We started from Jibhi to Jalori pass - Single road, elevation gain from 5200 feet to 10,000 feet over a 12 km distance.

From Jalori Pass there are two different treks that can be done.
Serolsar Lake which is about 5 km from Jalori Pass and second is Raghupur Fort which is about a 3 km trek.
In this episode you have seen Raghupur fort trek in the next video you will see Serolsar lake trek.
Raghupur Fort - It's the highest altitude fort of India which is at 11200 ft above sea level. This is one of the popular trekking spots for tourists. Raghupur Fort gives you a 360 degree viewpoint of Himalayan region.
Ghiyagi - It is a small hamlet located 4-5 kms away from Jibhi on the way to Shoja. Here near the bus stand you will find 3 to 4 dhabas who serve food for tourists. We had lunch at Pratap Dhaba.
Rs. 80 per Thali.
Kulhi Katandi - It is beautiful in Jibhi. People also call this place as mini Thailand. Here you will see a nature waterpool located in a deep forest which is about 20 mins of walking distance from Jibhi market.

The Lingad vegetable looks like what the French Canadians call “Fiddle Heads”. They are the beginnings of ferns which grow in swampy, low-lying regions such as river banks.
