About the Guest :-
Maj Sidram Solankar (Retd.) hails from Pune. He harbored a childhood aspiration to serve in the army, fueled by his fascination with war narratives. He studied at Shri Siddheshwar Prashala, Solapur and graduated from BMCC Pune in 2008. Bestowed with the title of "Best NCC cadet" in 2005-06, he proudly represented Maharashtra in the Republic Day Parade - 2006.
After seven persistent SSB attempts, he was recommended from 20 SSB Bhopal for SS-93, OTA Chennai in 2011. He was commissioned in 62 Medium, Regiment of Artillery. He served across various regions, including Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, Arunachal, and Uttarakhand.
His tenure in Kashmir held particular significance, where he participated in numerous anti-infiltration and counter-terror operations, drawing inspiration from Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, Ashoka Chakra (Posthumous), and eventually volunteering for NSG.
He served in Mumbai's prestigious NSG unit (26 Special Composite Group), where he received the DG NSG Commendation for outstanding performance in 2019. Proficient in close quarter battle and hostage rescue operations in urban settings, his expertise lies in special weapons and tactics.
Currently, he looks after perimeter defence of a huge data centre as a part of private security services and also imparts Executive Protection.

Lt. Commander Nikhil Kumar Chandrakala (Retd.) served as the Youngest Panelist on the Officers' Selection Board of the Indian Navy. He is the youngest Group Testing Officer to have served in the Indian Armed Forces since 1947!
Lt. Cdr. Nikhil KC (Retd.) has also served in some coveted appointments onboard frigates in the Western Fleet of the Indian Navy, on ships of Killer Squadron, legacy bearer of 1971 war. He was also Aide-De-Camp of the Admiral Commanding Maharashtra and Gujarat Naval Area.
As Captain of the Warship - Indian Naval Immediate Support Vessel T-15, Senior Officer, ISVs (West), he spearheaded a team of 16 officers and 102 men to defend Oil-Field Exploration Areas on the Western Seaboard of India. He and his team were featured in a documentary shot by India Today TV which was aired on National Television on 26 Jan 2017. English bharat Mai ek official language hai . Bohot se logo ko Hindi nahi aati jaise Tamil ya Keral k logo ko . English ek medium ban jata hai communicate karne k liye. Koi bhi cool baane k liye English nahi bolta Haa but aap k Vichar Mai dikkat hai . Agar adaptability nahi hai aapmai toh aap ye podcast skip bhi Kar sakte ho . Mai bhi keh sakta hu ki aap ek hi language par zor dal k cool banne ki koshish Kar Rahe Hai.
