3:45 I believe Matt is referring to Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. I doubt that's the case here since most athletes with this condition typically discover it in highschool or college. It's essentially a condition where your heart hypertrophies, which is when the fibers grow larger in response to damage/stress from vigorous exercise. Similar response your muscles give, but it's deadly if your heart does this as it narrows the chambers in your heart.
