7:30 when putting the frame back in to the oven, if the frame was the same width as the oven shelf you could remove lower shelves and put the frame in the top shelf and let gravity help from the vinyl folding back on itself.

I only use LED bulbs, and have never had issues with the vinyl sagging or getting soft from heat. Sorry for the late reply!
