Just had the time to watch all 5 videos. I would like to congratulate all of you guys on your accomplishments. I have over 40 years in those woods, and I know how hard it is. I'm glad to see the young ones out with you. I am now the oldest hunter in my camp. I sure do miss the ones that brought me out as a youngster. 👏👏👏

Thanks for your great videos. Its good to see the carcass tags on your deer. Hopefully Michigan doesn't discontinue tagging like Wisconsin did. It turned out to be a real mess in Wisconsin when hanging was discontinued. It led to a lot of poaching, lower license sales, lower deer registrations because couldn't register because of no internet or cellular service, and many didn't bother.

Just to add a note, you are right on with your comment about learning from those who went before us. Our hunting group is generally 3 generations deep and never less than 2 and each generation gets a little better because of those who went before us and what they shared with us. At this time we are 3 generations deep and blessed to be so lucky! This is special given the fact that there are so many other directions for our youth to follow and the climate the hunting community faces. Again, have a great season this year and every year.
