Have you seen any of his recent matches on the indies? The dude still looks like a tank and has been jacked for decades since he was a teenager. He really was a bodybuilder and entered competition, still trains 3 times a day and still eats a ton of good food.

@@codesm96 he looks fine but he falls into the group of people who call themselves bodybuilders because they workout with weights several times a week. A lot of people do that. He wouldn't win any professional competitions though.

Cafe de Rene is probably one of the best wrestling podcasts in history. You NEED to check it out. The reunions with other wrestlers who came up with Rene have been some of the most entertaining shows.
