lol thanks, did the best I could. I still can't fully move my pinky finger 7 months later, tore my collateral ligament from that onewheel fall, gonna have to get surgery eventually to get full use again.

Man, we love the look of that rig! Sounds like it’d be worth you whacking the seat forward a notch and seeing how that feels for you :) Thanks for taking the time to review our kayaks, and hope that hand heals up quick!
@TruckHouseLife4 жыл бұрын
What up! Yeah the seat was slid all the way forward in this boat. My 9r2 I bought a while back (sold it) had the seat in the middle, which made it even catchier in the stern, so sliding the seat forward helped!) If u guys ever want to send a boat my way for a review hit me up;)

I'm a OneWheel owner (500mi+). We see people ride them with reckless abandon with no protective gear, but in my opinion they require helmet and wrist guards at a minimum. You will eventually appreciate knee and elbow pads too. Hope you're OK after your tumble. You were probably riding past it's limit especially if the battery is not at a high charge level. Respect the pushback, I understand it's more subtle on the XR. My Pint has in your face pushback.

Hey I for got to tell you. When you do the flatbed make sure you can get to the high mount stop on cab. It unlocks the toqreconverter. No led light either. Those trucks have highly sufficicated wiring.
@TruckHouseLife4 жыл бұрын
in other words, make sure i can still remove the 3rd brakelight (make sure the "headache rack" of the flatbed doesn't cover it?). I've heard that the torque converter is tied into the 3rd brakelight.

@@TruckHouseLife Ouch! I’m and ER doc and OneWheeler! Don’t ride without Flexmeters (ER doc designed wrist guards). And more than likely you tore a collateral ligament. Tendons allow you to flex / extend fingers. Ligaments hold bones together and in alignment. When I saw them little finger sticking out awkwardly I suspected you tore the collateral at the MCP (knuckle joint). BTW agree totally with your review of 9RII. Needs to be driven and need to stay on top of it. It’s a performance boat and I think beginners and some intermediates will be frustrated by it but skilled boaters will dig the performance. Nirvana more forgiving for lilly dipping and more primary stability but also does better if driven. I’ve always been more of a finesse paddler so modern designs are a hard adjustment for me.
@TruckHouseLife4 жыл бұрын
@@powhoundus wow thanks so much Wes! You helped more the the doctor I saw in person did lol! And yes, seems like the ligament is torn pretty bad, 7 weeks later and its still swollen, its slowly becoming more usable though.
