The music video This Girl by the Kungs was filmed there. Also Pumice is created when super-heated, highly pressurized rock is violently ejected from a volcano. The unusual foamy configuration of pumice happens because of simultaneous rapid cooling and rapid depressurization. The depressurization creates bubbles and its a rock that floats.

Yes it was a Rocna, the mud on the bottom was so sloppy nothing would stick! Unusual for a Rocna not to hold!
