Ryno, it’s such a blessing to listen to you being so honest. Admitting you had it wrong during the early years of becoming the RINO of our sport. It’s difficult to get young riders to slow down and spend time perfecting their technique understanding the speed is an outgrowth of that seemingly boring routine, especially if they are doing really well and bring home trophies by ripping around at local races. ❤ God Bless you! 🙏🗽🇺🇸

The reason they test Chace is the fact that he is yoked and doesn't lose weight during the season... I'm totally cool with the riders doing whatever they want to preserve themselves in this crazy gnarly sport!

*yoked for a mx rider. I see high school kids in the gym daily that dwarf him. Yoked lol

@lukebryant5017 completely agree with that. Little Deegz has a build on him for his age. None of these guys are close to "yoked." And they shouldn't be. It's counterproductive to what their fitness goals are.

Dear Ryno, I hope this message finds you well. I am very interested in learning more about infrared sauna. Being in my late 50s and having experienced various injuries, I am keen to find the right type of infrared sonar that would best suit my needs. Could you kindly guide me on which type of infrared sonar to purchase ? Your advice would be invaluable in helping me avoid any mistakes in choosing the right device. I greatly appreciate all the knowledge and wisdom you share on your channel. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Michael

You probably need to be local and listening to the live radio station broadcast when it airs to call in.

The station is on I Heart Radio. I think the show is Wednesday at 7:00 Pacific, but I'm not sure about that.

Hello Ryno, to keep with Plessinger, I think the fact that he is a tall guy makes things harder to have a good technique. Usually, tall riders are less technical / pleasant to watch. What is your opinion?

As gnarly as this sport is with injuries, the crazy long schedule, and traveling, let them all juice it up!!!! It would make the sport better.
