In today's video, join me on a culinary journey as I share what I eat in a day as a foreigner living in Italy. From a hearty porridge breakfast to a light and easy-to-prepare recipe featuring sea bream and cherry tomatoes, followed by delicious chicken meatballs with tomato and garlic sauce, and finally, a delicious sponge cake topped with yogurt cream and fresh berries.
Cake ingredient quantities
For the sponge cake
* Medium eggs, at room temperature: 5
* Sugar: 150 g
* Vanilla pod: 1
* All-purpose flour: 75 g
* Potato starch: 75 g
* Fine salt: 1 pinch
For the cream:
* 300 g cold Greek yogurt
* 300 g cold robiola cheese
* 70 g powdered sugar
* 300 g strawberries
* 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
* 1 lemon (for the juice)
* 2/3 spoons of rum
* Berries for decoration

@@cozyhomediary hehe is alright you’re doing great job at cooking yeah do the video like that a bit of intro some cleaning and fixing a new flowers then make some snack and a drink do some work on your book then the main event cooking (something italien always catches the eyes) then some cleaning the dishes and then some reading and finally some room fixing or decorating and you get a master piece made by cory. Yes Philippines is nice to visit when you to in Asia.I love our foods variety of seafoods since we have 7,641 islands.Since so many countries occupied our land they left different kinds of dishes.I know how to cook most of Filipino foods.I don’t know how to bake.I vlogs too just for hobby 😂😂You could watch it if you have time😊.We went Bologna,Orvieto,Nocelle,Positano,Rome,Tuscany,Tirano,and Bellagio.We drove and my husband with my two daughters drive me crazy 😖.They told me it’s too far and my husband stress from unruly Italian drivers and getting lost with round about😂😂.Even with google map he still get lost.Mosy of the time he stay in Airbnb or hotel to do laundry,food shopping or eating gelato😂😂.We went too in Switzerland twice once in Bernina express and my other daughter rent a very costly van to visit Lautenbrunnen etc for a day .Overall my daughters told me after we came back that they had a great time.My 19 years old told me she like Rome and boating in Positano.Now it’s me and my husband and no more driving.I want him to enjoy Italy by just enjoyin,Nocel,Amalfi,Cinque Terre,Tirano,Bellagio and this time we’re staying for 21 days 😅😅.We like country side and nature that’s why I love Nocelle .Actually I love them all .We went twice in Switzerland once thru Bernina and the other time we rent a very costly van to take us to Lautenbrunnen etc.Speaking of floral arrangements.I went to classes in our community college almost 20 years ago.i worked part time in flower shop .Thats i learned most of the trciked😂.I watch my boss doing all the brides bouquets etc.I don’t work there anymore but once in a while family and friend asked for help for wedding etc.Thats one of my passion flower arrangement aside from cooking.Last night while watching you tube most of the videos I watch is either cooking,family living abroad or traveling.Your videos pop up and I start watching it.And I love how you cook and simple things you do.Now our path crossed 😂😂Thanks for reading my story goodluck to your vlogs God Bless you and your partner hug to Arly❤❤❤Cita

Oh, cool!!! I wish I understood better economics hahaha. My nails are natural and I paint them or retouch them almost every day. That's because I love cooking and I wash my hands very very often. The nail polish doesn't resist. But I was thinking to switch to gel for two reasons. One: I am tired to retouch my nails so often and Two: my white furniture starts to become a zebra with red stripes 😬😬😬😬

Draga mea Corina, am asteptat vineri cu sufletul la gura sa postezi, nu m-ai dezamagit! 🙂 O oaza de frumos casa ta si tot ce iese din mainile tale, chiar si caligrafia ta e impecabila... Ma incanta unghiile tale ca de portelan, ale mele par de spalatoreasa, taiate scurt pana in carne, departe ani lumina de mainile tale ca de gheisa! Ca sa-ti raspund la intrebare, eu sunt din Timisoara, am facut facultatea de teatru si niste ani de zile am fost actrita, iar de o vreme, de cand am emigrat, nu ma mai pot lauda cu ceva asa deosebit, cum mi se parea viata mea de atunci. Tanjesc dupa atmosfera aia si mi-e un dor amar de toti colegii mei fantastici! Ai fost ca un bandaj pentru suflet cand ai spus intr-un video cum ca ai ales cumva sa fii mai realista si mai pragmatica, in loc sa suferi dupa vise nerealizabile. Nu cu cuvintele astea, dar cam asta era ideea. Mi-a placut, mi-a dat cumva putina speranta si forta ceea ce ai scris tu, dar in acelasi timp mi s-a strans inima cand am vazut ca inca cineva trebuie sa treaca prin asta. Tu esti plina de idei, o sa vezi ca la un moment dat o sa-ti indeplinesti multe dorinte care acum iti par prea mari, putina rabdare, sunt convinsa ca nu vor sta prea mult la naftalina! "Excrocul" sentimental de Arly a fost trezit de mirosul de chiftele, ha, ha! Ma bucur ca te-am gasit chiar si asa, esti deja prietena mea, chiar daca virtuala si o sa fiu aici sa sarbatoresc si ziua cand vei avea 100000 de abonati, asta iti doresc, ai ce spune si ai ce arata! Ciao, ho appena trovato questo suo canale, ogni mattina mentre bevo il caffè mi guardo un video, quindi oggi puntata n. 6 😊, io sono una collaboratrice domestica, sono vedova da un anno, ho due figli, ma vivono lontano, uno per lavoro e la più piccola studia a Milano, i miei hobby? Mi piace scrivere, certamente non romanzi, ma tengo un diario, adoro ogni forma di agenda, poi io e mio marito avevamo un sogno, prenderci un piccolo camper e iniziare a vedere il mondo, bhe ora non è più possibile, e il mio sogno è proprio quello di riuscire un giorno a prendere un treno da sola e iniziare a viaggiare, ma non so se è la situazione economica che mi blocca o la paura, sono due anni che faccio casa/lavoro, questa cosa la devo risolvere 🤔 a proposito faccio volontariato in una associazione che si occupa di anziani, li portiamo a fare le visite, la spesa, li teniamo impegnati con corsi di ginnastica, memoria, e per finire la tombola 😁 grazie per i suoi video, mi calmano ❤️

Grazie a lei! ❤️ Mi dispiace molto per suo marito, so benissimo cosa vuol dire perdere un persona così cara 💔. Le auguro tutta la forza del mondo e spero davvero che un giorno il suo sogno di viaggiare si realizzi. Alla fine i viaggi sono il tesoro più grande che possiamo accumulare. Magari può iniziare con un piccolo viaggetto non troppo lontano solo per perdere la paura. Un pranzo al sacco e un biglietto di treno... poi piano piano... Scrivere è bellissimo. Magari può trasformare le sue memorie, idee, fantasie in qualcosa di più che un diario. Non si sa mai. ☺️. L'importante è allenare la mente. Complimenti anche per la bella iniziativa di volontariato!
