Hi Liu, Retired Registered Nurse here I recommend going to see a rheumatologist first. There is nothing wrong with you psychiatrically that I can see and I have been watching your videos for a long time. A psychiatrist will just give you medicine. Talk therapy might help for support, but probably won't take your physical symptoms away. Also, study up on fibromyalgia and muscle disorders to see what you can do to help yourself. I know that you are already very proactive in your self care. You eat a pretty healthy diet, you exercise, do self affirming messages. Make sure that your thyroid condition is in control. You are hypothyroid since your surgery, correct? Regarding sugar, I can tell that you like sweet things. If you can, cut down on refined sugars. That includes coconut sugar unfortunately. Focus on naturally sweet food like fruits bananas and apples etc. Use those for sweetening if you can. I also occasionally use Stevia. For me, the more foods with added sugar I eat, the more I crave it.

Why didn't your boyfriend help you to assemble all the furniture you got? 😮

Just remember, you work and take care of a lot of responsibilities, so if you want to treat yourself, it's your business and nobody else's. We all do it. Never allow negative people to damp your spirit. ❤❤

I don' t even have a wash machine or dryer, nor tub. I do by hand. I am 63. I suffer health problems and live alone with nobody to help here. You can buy wrinkle free clothing ya know.😅 Funny girl.⛵🙋🏻‍♀️🇨🇦🐈💙 Btw stainless steel is best for jewelry. Or brass for affordable and still pretty. Next is silver. Get a cleaning cloth and keep jewelry in a case.

One thing I have learned about putting that type of furniture together is to not tighten the screws all the way until you have them all in. Then go back and tighten all the way. It makes it easier to wiggle them in if you are having a hard time getting the places to align. What a cute home you are making!

Your videos calm me down. I lived through very difficult times with my family and I thought about giving up everything, but just at that time I discovered your channel and it motivated me to get up once again and keep trying. We are finally well today and without a doubt what I learned here, from your personal experiences, made me believe in myself and my ability to rebuild myself. I'm grateful for that.

The trick with using a dryer is to remove the clothes just before the cool down period. I haven’t used an iron in years.

When you pop your baking paper in the dish, screw it into a ball beforehand, then open it up, it fits into the dish better then ❤

I want to give you a tip about your baking when when you want to put that parchment paper into a little container like that first take the paper and involved into a crumpled ball, pressing hard and then open it. You’ll find it very easy to insert the paper into the little dish and it will fit much better and not pop back up on you.

After u bake the eggplants put them in a bowl sprinkle some salt and cover them. After 10 minutes u can peel them very easy. Never using water, u remove the all taste and flavour! Try this!

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 18 months ago and treatment has made a big difference. Always document your symptoms so when you need to explain them, you can pull out your notes and not miss anything! It took me a while to learn this because I always thought I would remember and I didn’t 😂
