Good video. ആർക്കു കൊടുത്താലും അവരുടെ previous clients എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് തീർച്ചയായും കൃത്യമായും മനസ്സിലാക്കണം. അവർ recomment ചെയ്ത മെറ്റീരിയൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചോപ്പോൾ ഉള്ള result ചോദിക്കുക. പിന്നെ quality യിൽ compramise ചെയ്യുന്നത് ശരിക്കും നമുക്ക് ഇരട്ടി നഷ്ടമാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് hinges quqlity ഇല്ലാത്തത് kitchen ൽ വെച്ചാൽ അത് ഒരു രണ്ടു വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ replace ചെയ്യേണ്ട വന്നാൽ double നഷ്ടമല്ലേ. പിന്നെ budget oriented ആയി ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റിയ ഒരു option ferro cement ആണെന്ന് പറയുന്നു. Shutter കൾ മാത്രം plywood with laminate മറ്റോ ചെയ്‌താൽ മതി. ഭംഗിക്കും കുറവില്ല.
