We have entrusted the entire work to our Ar Gishnu.. (including interior).. We have signed an agreement with him except interior.. We have mentioned brand right from cement and even the procedure. Everything is going smoothly as per the contract.. We have made slight changes with respect to sanitary items, tiles, and painting brands and procedure.. Everything else goes as per agreement.. In spite of huge price hike, our contractor is purchasing things as per agreement.. In some cases, he has also mentioned maximum price in the contract eg brick max price like that.. But some point that price too went high. Still he didn't ask for more penny.. We are waiting for the final settlement...
