@@christontan1341yes you’re right, SPF No.4 uniform traps heat like crazy..but I would argue PTU hybrid uniform is worse. Theirs is made of fire retardant materials, and it’s thick and heavy. Bcos PTU is a dual role unit so their uniform needs to be fire retardant

When I was in guards, my stretcher race was 40kg (2 jerrycans), 10 people to a stretcher and 2km. This stretcher race is 80kg, 5 people to a stretcher and 10km 🤔 Im not sure why people are comparing a "hell week" meant for all NSFs to pass, to a ROP week where even pre-selected regulars (who are volunteers running sub-9 2.4km) are failing.

Sog is a police tactical unit, the units you mentioned are military tier one units, both are in different spectrums. You choose those units to fit your narrative and argument about women joining the sog and therefore sog is not elite. That logic is screwed. A woman making it into SOG just means she proved her worth to be there. Just as much as the men there, plus obviously a police special unit selection would be different from a military one. It's that simple. So stop being a keyboard warrior and be proud there's a woman out there in the SPF risking her life to ensure ur safe at home being Able to type your stupid comment lol
