Berhampur also called Bramhmapur is famous for street food, most of the non veg food joints are closed on monday, we were there on monday so missed some of the famous street food but still managed to explore some.
Berhampur is also called silk city, there are more than 100 weaver units who make silk sarees and Dhoti on handloom.

Wow. I love when my odisha is explored. Our odiya people always ready to show great hospitality . In my point of view my people are maximum calm and good. Even if an unknown person came to our house if we have no food left we prepared food according to their need. Only problem in my state is unemployment. So our youth goes to out f state. Love my odisha and I m lucky to stay in my state even in my dist as my job is here. But my heart burns for my people goes to gujurat other state for job only. I guess this is the first kind of Indian tourism and that too off the beaten track kinds. The best part is you are showing what every backpacker would want - cheap stay - good hygienic cheap food and cultures and traditions which no other channel shows. This is exactly what touring is all about. Orissa is not just Jagannath Puri as some people think. Awesome.. i too am planning to take back pack trips soon and your videos are going to help a lot. Just one request- even if you dont stay at such places please do let us know if there are youth hostel accommodations with bed and breakfast too for the hardcore backpacker. and solo woman friendly. keep up the good work. looking forward to more videos.

I really thank you for visiting all over the state, I mean as much as you can over. Believe me, no matter how much you see, you will still be surprised see all the scenic beauty,culture and great food. My state is rich in every aspect but sadly many tourists are not aware of these things due to lack of promotion and highlighting of the features of my state. I am hooked to your series now because you are travelling to places which I think not many have gone,I mean blogger like you,outside of Odisha. I do not know whether you came back again to bhubaneswar and cuttack or not because you said, you would be attending the bali yatra. May be it would be in coming episodes. Bhubaneswar food tour, I do not know whether you have another video or not because I think you missed some famous spots in that episode. Like the sweet market of Pahala, Nana Dhaba near Pulnakhara, Ananta Vasudev Prasad at the temple, Famous Kora khai(Bhubaneswar is famous for it just like dahi bara aloo dum of cuttack) at Old town, Chaat at Saheed Nagar,rupali(Mahalaxmi Chaat is one of the oldest and famous shop at that place. I have been going there for 25 years), Lingaraj Lassi at Saheed Nagar Puja ground,just opposite of the Chaat place, Chaapan Bhog Restuarant and some other places. I hope you have covered these in your coming episodes along side with Bali Yatra or may be next time. Looking forward towards your coming episodes. A big thank you.

Only for the efforts of private tour operators, bloggers & Vloggers like you tourists have just started to come to places like Brahmapur, Chilika, Gopalpur, Tara Tarini Shakti pith, Taptapani, Jiranga, Daringibadi, Gupteswar and few other places of South Odisha but maximum portion of South Odisha is still unexplored. Amazing episode...The part that touched me in this episode where you presented the pain of the silk saree handicraftsman and asked people and govt. to take a note of it. Really so beautiful sarees and dhoti but 2000 rupees for five days not justifiable. The music at 19:24 repeated in many episodes but its a soothing and catchy music, liked it. I ate puri upma whole day when I was in Berhampur. breakfast hari/samal, lunch any hotel between gate bazaar and dinner bada bazzar.
