If I'm pulled over for reckless driving and asked if they could search my vehicle and I clearly say no ,than 45 mins later they decide to arrest me for reckless driving.Now they have to impound my vehicle and the do a inventory check of my property and find a controlled substance wouldn't that be a violation of my fourth amendment right?the contraband was in a small container in my back seat.

This is absolutely crazy. I guarantee you, that you're going to get a lot of your buddies in a lot of trouble. It's a new day. We the people are not going to put up with this nonsense. Remember this man should be locked up for treason on site. He took an oath to uphold the US constitution. He is telling cops to deprive flesh and blood human beings of their of their rights under the color of law. The 4th amendment they lose immunity. Absolutely conspiring against the American people.
