It was an okay book. I like the story approach to principles (The Goal, etc) but I was put off by the principles as they felt manipulative. This felt like a 1 and done treatment for personal projects. Create urgency.... I'm more of the Sinek view - change will happen and continue to happen. Start with why. Creating the culture of constant improvement, seek durable design, articulate the vision and communicate.
