Amazing video! I am actually gobsmacked by how obvious and simple it is! Not many people have their life to go like clockwork and sometimes it even leaves much to be desired. They can't get a grip on themselves and get over their difficulties. With hindsight, they wish things had turned out differently. They feel bewildered and overwhelmed throwing themselves into ruminations and regrets and this is a recipe for disaster. Instead of digging themselves they should watch more of such inspiring videos and get themselves back to ecstatic and uplifting life.

EDUCATION DONT HAV ANY VALUE IF THE CHILD IN FUTE CAN'T MANAGE HISMSELF /HERSELF WITH REAL LIFE SITUATION. EDUCATION IS LIFE AND LIFE IS EDUCATION AND WITHOUT EMOTION THERE IS NO LIFE...... 12. goes from( The experience) you can’t control. 1st you access your belief system aka thought process. Where have I seen this before and how did I handle it. 2.Internalize. We internalize things and it becomes personal and frustrating. You don’t have to internalize things. 4. Feeling which need to be trained thoughts and responses. Skills 6. Emotions this is where the trouble begins. Stay out of emotion. Emotion is always connected to behavior. No one can cause a emotion in you… 9. Is behavior. This is where things happen you can’t change or say something you can’t take back. The red and blue lights come on. Cost money. Stay out of emotion look for the root cause of low level of anger. Separate the person from the problem and focus on the problem. When you get upset you lose 80% of your cognitive abilities and skills.

This is a really very informative and interesting topic for me with a well-organized lecture video. I have learned a lot from the lesson, particularly the strategies to become more emotionally intelligent by Daniel Golman the Author of Emotional Intelligence why it is Better than IQ. Excellent explanation. Thanks so much, I imagine that was a lot of work that can be applicable at different levels with various contexts. Definitely going to check out the other summaries. Please keep going! We need these Lessons, especially for today’s world challenges related to emotional intelligence requiring high-level careers. Thank you.
