For those facing a cancer diagnosis, treatment, and or recovery, a positive mindset can be incredibly helpful, because no matter how bad things get you need to find a way to be in the emotion and trauma, yet then find a way to move through it and then past it as best possible. But how are you supposed to do that? what exactly is a positive mindset and how do you get one? And when does a helpful, positive mindset turn into toxic positivity? We discuss, what positive mindset is, where and how it is helpful and also where the line is when positivity can become toxic.
