I totally agree with this video! I live in a small Kentucky town and my resources are my 7-year-old chromebook and a DSLR, Onn. microphone and tripod I got at WalMart. And in school, I had friends with 0 experience in acting. But I'd rather be a low-budget filmmaker, so my best bet in making films is with my family on Holiday parties or a friend I hang out with sometimes. Or better yet, just animated
