ห้อง duplex 2 ชั้นมีสระ เหลือห้องเดียว ราคา 59 ล้านนะครับ ไม่ใช่ร้อยกว่าล้าน พอทำเป็น อาคาร 4 ชั้น มันต้อง set back จากชายหาดถ้าจำไม่ผิดจะแถว 50 เมตร พอเป็นอาคารเตี้ย มันแืบมองไม่เห็นทะเลสวยๆ เหมือนอาคารสูงอยู่แล้ว
